Some times there is no "remove this entry" in the "manage your guest book" link,

To manually remove entries on your hosted guestbook, you will need to edit a file call ".guestbook" in the root of your hosting plan (below the public_html page.

You can do this in your filemanager of your cpanel or via ssh.
