Yes we do, our servers are equipped with a RAID array which means that there will always be an identical copy of the severs data an another drive in the same machine. this makes recovery very quick if the servers drive had to fail.

We also do daily backups of the websites we host to an off-site ftp server.

The servers your hosting plans are on, are also backed up once a week to an off site NAS.
